Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy.
  • Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation processes, and provide updates to Sales Support Manager/Supervisor.
  • Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested and educating customers on blithequark products and services.
  • Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and draft routine client and customer correspondence.
  • Respond to questions, help resolve problems, and direct calls to appropriate resources, acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers.
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, and provide backup phone support during periods of high call volume or act as a point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above).
  • Payroll or commission experience is a plus, but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (required).
  • 1+ year of experience in payroll (preferred).
