About Our Remote Team

blithequark's work-from-home team spans across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. While we're currently not hiring from certain geographies, including AK, CA, HI, or outside the United States, residents of other states can explore this exciting opportunity. We may consider candidates from CO, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. based on special business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner

What You Bring to the Role

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer interactions
• A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational education
• The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, highlighting your capacity for learning and growth
• Computer savvy, with the ability to navigate various software and systems

Essential Equipment

To work effectively from home, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a speed of > 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended
• A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset, excluding Bluetooth headsets)
• A smartphone or device running IOS or Android for daily log-in
