The Role: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. As the face of blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Primary Objective
The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless coordination between blithequark and its customers, providing a high level of service and support. You'll be at the forefront of processing sales orders and resolving customer issues related to products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts effectively, handling tasks such as order entry, product inquiries, order status updates, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management within a fast-paced call center environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to a high volume of inbound calls using Automated Call Distribution (ACD) systems.
- Accurately key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and resolve order issues promptly.
- Respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- A proven focus on customer account management is preferred.
