Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our members via phone, web, or written correspondence. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and guiding members through their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Provide personalized support to members, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Guide members through their plan benefits, Blithequark policies, and procedures, ensuring they have access to the resources they need.
  • Build trust and rapport with members, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and track member interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide informed support to members.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare insurance plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., HDI, ICMI).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
