About the Role
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and exceed performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support.

- Handle Complaints and Escalations: Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document Customer Interactions: Record all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
- Follow-up on Customer Issues: Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
