**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and navigation through systems and the internet
* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a background check
