Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account details. • Assist clients with tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests. • Escalate more complex issues to supervisors or the appropriate department. • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system. • Ensure a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all communications. • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with tools and procedures. Qualifications • Prior experience in chat-based or online customer service preferred. • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. • Fast and accurate typing ability. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset. • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with chat platforms and CRM systems. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
