- Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and professional support to clients.
- Follow established communication scripts to address various topics and concerns.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives to meet their requirements.
- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and chats.
- Perform data entry tasks and provide customer service support.
- Navigate online platforms efficiently to verify nurse credentials and process shift requests.
- Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring seamless operations.
- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, upholding our company's reputation.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to cross-train as requested.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
- Technical savvy and the ability to navigate online platforms efficiently.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- The ability to type 35 words per minute accurately.
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
- Paid training (3 weeks in length, 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri CST).
- Full-time status (40 hours).
- Equipment provided (laptop, headset, etc.) for full-time permanent employees.
