Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services, narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive sales
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to adapt to change in a quick-paced work environment. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. You should also have basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Training and Support

Technical Requirements
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a second monitor, webcam, microphone, and external mouse & keyboard
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00am-7:30pm EDT
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
