Key Responsibilities

  • Offer customers pricing, delivery, and product information, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and perform other marketing tasks, such as promoting and selling products, and processing or confirming sales.
  • Monitor and address commercial requirements on customers’ portals, forwarding quality and technical needs to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Make and receive phone calls that are non-routine and may require deviation from standard procedures, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Address customer questions, comments, or complaints while adhering to established guidelines, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.

  • Act as the company contact for customer returned Airborne/Warranty parts, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide back-up relief for the company’s receptionist and alternate coverage for job duties when other departmental co-workers are not present, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
  • Complete tasks promptly, ensuring that output generally meets or exceeds expectations, and produce work that is accurate and rarely contains errors.
  • Conduct oneself in a business-like and respectful manner, maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Adapt productively to changes and perform other essential tasks as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests, ensuring that customers are informed and supported throughout the sales process.
  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
  • Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Provide timely feedback to blithequark regarding service failures or customer concerns, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations, driving business growth and customer loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain a sound working knowledge of all markets and product conditions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and effective support to customers.
  • Notify and assist buyers, operations, and sales support persons by communication of customer's needs and preferences, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned to drive business outcomes.
