Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team, providing top-notch service to our customers and partners. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a fast-paced call center environment. If you're fluent in Spanish and English, have a strong customer service background, and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding issues in a heavy traffic call center, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer complaints
• Open and manage client complaints, escalating issues to management as needed
• Deescalate customer issues and resolve client discrepancies, reconciling customer disputes pertaining to outstanding due balances
• Meet defined department goals and activity metrics, with daily and weekly reporting to your direct supervisor
• Provide pay off quotes to dealers and customers, as well as written account information as requested
• Answer inbound phone calls and handle transfer of ownership, ensuring seamless communication and support

What You Bring

• Demonstrated historical career stability, with a strong track record of customer service experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience
• Detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year, for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives
