Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Client-Facing Team Lead, Answer Team Consultant at blithequark, you'll serve as a single point of contact for clients in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and other routine customer service inquiries. You'll deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.

  • Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Develop technical acumen to effectively address client inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Participate in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience.
  • Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to develop technical acumen and adapt to new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in use of process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and related services.
