Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive rental experience. You will be the face of blithequark, and your exceptional communication skills will make all the difference in creating a memorable experience for our customers. * **Data Entry**: Accurately input and manage customer and rental information in our database. Keep records up-to-date and error-free. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our database is always accurate and up-to-date. * **Travel/Accommodation Bookings**: Assist customers with booking accommodations, flights, and other travel arrangements. Provide recommendations for tropical destinations and local attractions. Your passion for tropical destinations and knowledge of popular travel spots will make you a valuable asset to our team. * **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule vehicle rentals, manage booking calendars, and handle reservation adjustments. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' rental experiences are seamless and enjoyable. * **Communication**: Act as a liaison between customers and local rental partners, ensuring clear communication. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise. * **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the rental process promptly and professionally.
