Job Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by understanding and responding to stated and unstated customer needs. As a Customer Experience Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in a professional manner, utilizing all available resources and technology to deliver effective and customer-centric support across multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, chat, and text.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize available resources and strong judgment to determine the best course of action and/or optimal solution while interacting with customers through any channel
 - Navigate several computer systems simultaneously and multitask efficiently to accurately input data and gather necessary information to address customer inquiries
 - Determine and assist with all customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general inquiries
 - Provide adequate information and explanation to customers regarding products, offerings, services, pricing information, and all other customer questions
 - Leverage problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure to resolve increasingly complex problems
 - Recognize and act on sales opportunities, including following up as necessary to ensure customer needs are met or to provide additional information after researching questions
 - Connect with customers on a personal level and show empathy to establish rapport and inspire customers in every interaction with a positive attitude, engagement, care, and courtesy
 - Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers through accurate and efficient delivery of information to resolve issues/concerns and help them define product/project needs and desires
 - Listen attentively to customers to fully understand their needs and the need behind the need, adapting in-the-moment and being resourceful to resolve problems
 - Practice continuous learning and self-development by remaining actively engaged in ongoing learning of blithequark's business and Contact Center resources to effectively carry out activities
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service or sales experience. You should also be proficient in using basic computer tools and navigating between applications, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing.
In addition, you must have a minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s download and 5mb/s upload to perform this job successfully. You can verify your internet speed by running a test on a computer using your home internet network.
