Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team on an evening shift, working remotely. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities
