Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements.
• Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
• Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility.
• Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant aspects of the analysis and facilitate stakeholder understanding.
• Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements.
• Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team.
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and techniques by monitoring for trends and errors.
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
