Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Inquiries: Successfully resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Critical Service and Product Information: Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Orders and Enter Data: Process orders and enter data into our order entry system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track Customer Packages: Track customer packages and provide updates on shipment status and delivery.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ Months of Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Computer Systems and Troubleshooting: Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Certification: Customer service certification or training, such as ICSS or HDI.
  • Experience with Order Entry Systems: Experience with order entry systems and data entry.
  • Multilingual: Multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
