Key Responsibilities
- Complete proactive customer contacts via telephone to key decision-makers to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to execute initiatives and sales programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to monitor relationships, re-affirm strategies, steward the business, and create operational and personal value for the customer.
- Identify opportunities consistent with customer objectives, priorities, and strategies through discovery, analysis, and conversations with customers.
- Coordinate implementation of agreed-upon activities, such as mechanical service, installation, business building initiatives, and distribution activities.
- Participate in contract negotiations and re-negotiations with customers and blithequark system teams to formalize agreements.
- Manage customer marketing reimbursements and local store funding programs to drive business results.
- Accurately capture customer interactions through current CRM systems.
- Manage individual performance to ensure effective and efficient customer contacts and successful sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback to leadership teams on potential opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
- Develop and execute an individual development plan to ensure personal growth and career advancement within blithequark.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ year of frontline sales experience preferred.
- Experience in effectively communicating with and influencing customers.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and provide viable solutions based on customer and company needs.
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective collaboration and influencing skills.
- Ability to actively listen and engage in conversations with customers to uncover opportunities and solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Advancing the Customer Relationship: Ability to facilitate and accelerate business relationships based on an understanding of the customer.
- Customer Relationship Transition: Ability to develop and maintain business-to-business relationships and transfer personal equity.

- Computer Capability: Ability to use information tools, such as CRM systems, to obtain needed information and evaluate performance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contract negotiations: Work with cross-functional teams to execute new and renegotiated contracts.
- Selling, processing, and coordinating the installation of equipment.
- Resolving service issues and approving reimbursements.
- Authorizing account transfer requests and stewarding work in regional and account team meetings.
- Flexing the work week to accomplish tasks, such as inputting documents, taking customer calls, and participating in account team calls.
- Building customer presentations and potentially traveling to customer events, training, and sales conferences.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Pay range: $81,800 - $100,900.
- Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
