[Remote] business manager, Licensed Coffeehouses - Target

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic joint business plans for a licensed coffeehouse portfolio
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with Licensees and internal stakeholders
• Drive adoption of the latest innovations, technology, equipment and services across the portfolio
• Foster cross functional collaboration & program implementation
• Build effective business proposals and financial models to support decision making and investment strategies
Skills
• Franchise development and/or business development experience, preferably in Starbucks Licensed Stores Business Development environment (5+ years)
• Direct experience negotiating complex agreements and contracts with executives (5+ years)
• B2B Sales and strategic account management with Fortune 500 or industry leading companies (5+ years)
• Demonstrates strong executive presence and maturity
• General management: application of multi-disciplinary business practices with internal and external teams (e.g. marketing, strategy, finance, store development, operations) (5+ years)
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise at simplifying complicated material to communicate in a concise and effective way
• Ability to influence C level leaders in significant investment decisions and change management
• Ability to adapt strategies and plans, and thrive in an ambiguous environment
