About the Role

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. This role involves working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely from home on weekend days. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits across multiple systems.
  • Support client needs by providing reporting and data related to claimant medications, demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' requirements.
  • Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Adapt to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Respond to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on various topics related to claimant medications, providing clear and concise information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing your ability to be a team player and take on new challenges.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, ask pertinent questions, and adjust to fast-moving situations.
  • Strong written grammatical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, and demonstrate exceptional editing, grammar, and spelling skills.
