Certified Scrum Master
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Scrum Master to support a development team in modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coach the development team to achieve high performance and ensure successful progress of scrum projects
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure scrum principles are understood by the team and stakeholders
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement while aligning delivery to business priorities
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a scrum master, product manager, consultant, or business analyst
Experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
Experience managing product backlogs in Jira and ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business
Public Trust clearance
