Job Overview: Customer Care Specialist
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As the primary customer support role, you will be responsible for taking all inbound service calls, specializing in billing and technical support. Your goal will be to own the customer interaction from start to finish, providing exceptional support and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Support billing calls by processing payments, accurately educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and the impact of non-pay status.

 - Provide technical support for all blithequark video, phone, and internet products, using basic and advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues.
 - Escalate any customer issues that may indicate larger network problems, ensuring that our team can quickly address and resolve the issue.
 - Perform all other related duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
 
What You'll Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience being a plus.
 - A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
 - The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues, using your analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette, to effectively communicate complex technical support and billing information to customers.
 - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, product information, and training materials.
 - Great organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations.
 - The ability to pass a background and drug test prior to employment, demonstrating your commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.
