Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients.
  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, driving innovation and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication).
  • Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, etc.).

  • Experience in Marketing and E-commerce: Experience working in marketing and e-commerce, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
