• Provide detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for candidates with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
