We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team, ensuring courteous, accurate, and secure processing of customer orders and deliveries.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound customer calls and member orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, agencies, Case Managers, and our Delivery Care Agents to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed outlined metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
  • Perform data entry of customer orders into our ERP and other programs.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age and a minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent customer orientation and focus.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and dependability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred and will receive a $.50 per hour differential.
  • Experience with soft sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer service environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • A minimum of one or two 19-inch or larger monitors (2 are recommended).
  • Headset with microphone, mice, keyboard, etc.
  • Internet speed with a minimum of 5.0 MB upload speed and 10 MB download speed. Internet provider must be highly stable with a packet loss and latency under 100ms. DSL or Broadband services required.

  • Competitive salary of $16.75 per hour.

Our Customer Care Center has an incentive program designed to award monetary incentives to agents who meet and exceed specified productivity metrics and quality goals. This program creates opportunities for Care Center agents to increase their hourly wage as they strive to meet challenging efficiency and quality goals.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are daily activities. Some bending and filing may be required (<10% of the time). This would require the ability to lift files (<10 lbs.), open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Over 2/3 of Time: See; Sit; Use hands to finger/handle/feel; Talk or Hear.

Position Type:

This is a full-time, 100% remote, non-exempt-level position.
