We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Rest Integration, Service Portal, and UI Builder, with an added advantage if a certified application developer and experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.
This is an 8-month contract, 40-hour per week remote role in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
• Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration.
• Explore and implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
• Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
• Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Exposure to NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
