**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
* Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
* Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
* Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
* Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
* Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in high-stress situations.
* Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with experience in customer service or scheduling a plus.
* The ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, as this is a remote position.
**Work Environment**
As a part-time Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to choose your own days. You will be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days, with a 12-hour shift and day shift.
