Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive outcomes for healthcare clients. Your typical day will involve:
- Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans, ensuring customers receive the best possible coverage.
- Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members, and more.
- Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts, as well as locating doctor and facility information.
- Providing compassionate and personalized support to customers, resolving their issues with a smile and turning their customer experience into an exceptional one.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.

- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in.
