The role is available for a duration of 3+ months, with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related customer inquiries.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism, using proper grammar, language, and tone in all interactions.
- Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to retrieve and update customer information.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Call center customer service experience, handling inbound calls.
