- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that all data is accurate and secure.
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution process.

Essential Qualifications
