Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced full-time call center customer service representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for calling existing customers, taking their orders, and entering them into our system. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes full medical, prescription, dental, disability, paid holiday, and paid time off, among other perks.

Key Responsibilities
