Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, resolving problems and escalating complex concerns to senior teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our software applications to document and track customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement in our customer service operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven track record in customer service, with experience delivering outstanding customer care in a previous role.

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space, with an organized desk area and minimal distractions.
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, wired USB headset with microphone, and high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed.

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11, with some clients accepting AppleOS.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed, with a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work.

Contractual Relationship:

The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, with no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Location and Availability:

  • US locations only, with 100% remote work opportunities available.
  • Contractors must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or Puerto Rico.
  • We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.
