Our Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team.About the Role
As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving patient inquiries, and providing solutions to challenging billing issues. - Handle 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective support.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring flexible and affordable solutions.
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.
- Maintain performance goals and strive for continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speed).
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications.
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous medical and/or call center experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
Technical Requirements:
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
- No satellite internet.
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port).
