Our Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving patient inquiries, and providing solutions to challenging billing issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring flexible and affordable solutions.
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.
  • Maintain performance goals and strive for continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speed).
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications.
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous medical and/or call center experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

Technical Requirements:

  • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
  • No satellite internet.
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port).
