We're seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager to lead customer programs that accelerate business outcomes for our Enterprise ECRT and Energy clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive strategic and financial value for our customers through promoting and selling transformational professional services programs. About the Role
As a Customer Practice Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of business development, deal structuring, deal support, and ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in your assigned accounts or territories. You'll work closely with our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from our largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, having a high Bias for Action to Deliver Results in ProServe and Platform bookings and revenue in the near term.
* Lead business outcomes - ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies
* Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with AWS account team (platform sales)
* Establish Executive relationships across Technology & Business groups, executive sponsorship of programs
* Establish an internal network at blithequark, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: account team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, Legal.
* Successful assumption of role of strategic advisor and expert with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the available cloud services
* Deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets with deal structure aligned with key customer goals and blithequark Professional Services business objectives
* Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and growth.
* Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications in various industries.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a high Bias for Action to Deliver Results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
* Experience in deal structuring, deal support, and ensuring delivery excellence and project closure.
* Strong network and relationships with internal organizations critical to success, including account team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, Legal.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role at a cloud provider or a large enterprise company.
* Strong understanding of AWS products and services.
* Experience in developing and executing unified account plans and pursuit plans.
* Strong relationships with Executive stakeholders across Technology & Business groups.
* Experience in establishing and maintaining internal networks and relationships with internal organizations critical to success.
