Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
 - Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
 - Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
 - Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
 - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
 - Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
 
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
 - Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
 - Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience
 - Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
 - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
Requirements
- Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
 - Live within the state of Texas
 - Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
 - Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
 - Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
