Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Voice Data Entry Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring effective communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Validating information supplied by third-party sources using online databases, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Executing and completing Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training, following established processes and guidelines.
  • Conducting data entry tasks, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for status updates.
  • Achieving timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Undertaking additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
