About the Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Ramp Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in our mission to transport cargo on time, every time, safely. The role involves a range of physical tasks, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking, often in challenging weather conditions. You will be responsible for:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to customers' destinations.

Scheduling and Work Hours
Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. The number of hours worked per week can vary between 20 and 40, depending on seniority. What You Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Be proficient in English.

- Be willing to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
