Job Overview: Customer Care Professional - Data Entry Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly salary of $25-$35.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs and recommending relevant blithequark products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the features, benefits, and other components of blithequark's offerings
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to account inquiries in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
  • Record relevant account data according to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain integrity by complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to billing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

  • Two or more years of client support experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+)
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate electronic systems
  • High school recognition or equivalent required; training benefits available
