Job Overview

The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS at blithequark is looking for a talented Workflow Systems Analyst to design and expand critical workflow tooling at scale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering valuable data and insights, engaging with partners across the organization to provide training and support for workflow initiatives, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex workflow systems, tools, and processes to support the delivery of high-quality software products
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to track key metrics and progress towards goals
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product owners, to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Provide training and support to partners across the organization on workflow initiatives and data analysis best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools and methodologies to continuously improve our workflow systems and data analysis capabilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
  • Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Advanced Tableau developer skills
  • Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery
  • Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code transportation
  • Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics
  • Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal
