Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Age and Work Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time position requiring availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, software, and online applications, with strong digital literacy.
  • Internet and Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet connection with upload speeds of 10 Mbps and download speeds of 25 Mbps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make sound judgments.
