Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing personalized support and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and de-escalate unique customer situations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data to provide accurate and efficient support.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and screens.
  • High-speed internet connection and a self-provided computer or laptop that meets Blithequark's system requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in a virtual or remote work environment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

System Requirements:

To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements, including:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
  • A headset compatible with Blithequark specifications.
  • A high-speed internet connection; satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted.

Training Schedule:

Your Blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. The training schedule includes:

  • A Tech Set Up session on your first day, Thursday.
  • Orientation and training, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET, for six weeks.
