Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
Ticket Agent Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process.
- Using computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process.
- Ensuring customers have the proper travel documentation and tagging baggage.
- Performing lifting tasks, such as transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts.
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Gate Agent Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding.
- Using computers to provide customers with seat availability, make gate announcements, and manage the boarding process.
- Operating jet ways and handling aircraft doors.
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a Customer Service Assessment.
- Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
- Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
- Willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to live and work in the country at the time of application.
Preferred Qualifications:
