About the Role

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to our clients and prospective customers. Your expertise in loan servicing will shine as you manage inbound communications, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues with precision and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Inbound Communications: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication related to blithequark's loan services, ensuring timely and effective engagement with clients and prospective customers.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Address inquiries from clients and prospective customers regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining necessary documentation and next steps, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Problem Solving: Assist clients with any issues or concerns regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow Up on Customer Inquiries: Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer requests and questions, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Document Client Interactions: Accurately record customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, maintaining precise records and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers and Teams: Work closely with our loan services team to provide seamless customer service and escalate any complex issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations, ensuring you're always equipped to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to Compliance Standards: Ensure all client interactions and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of integrity and service.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
