About the Role: Providing Top-Notch Customer Service as a Member Services - Customer Service Representative
As a Member Services - Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our Member Florists via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Outstanding Customer Service
- Respond to member inquiries regarding statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming calls and emails in a clear, concise, and courteous manner.
- Process requests using our internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by members prior to submission.
- Accurately document all calls in our 360 application, ensuring seamless follow-up and issue resolution.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators and standards as defined by management, driving excellence in customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that you're equipped to provide top-notch service to our customers.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with management and peer coaching, to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
