The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, working from the comfort of your own home. You will be the face of our company, providing personalized support to our customers, problem-solving, and de-escalating unique situations while maintaining a high-paced call volume. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Personalize the experience for each caller, providing tailored support and solutions to meet their needs
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Report to an assigned Supervisor, working closely with them to achieve team objectives and improve performance
  • Work a set schedule, with structured days and opportunities for advancement across the entire blithequark network
  • Utilize multiple systems and screens, navigating our computer systems with ease and troubleshooting technical issues as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience working in a virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a starting rate of $15.00 per hour. System Requirements

To work as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will need to meet our system requirements, which include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported

Training Schedule

Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark. The program includes a paid training period, with attendance and participation required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, where you will complete our Tech Set Up. Orientation and training will begin on Monday, with a six-week training schedule from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. After completing the training program, you will be scheduled to work a set schedule, with opportunities for advancement and career growth.
