About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic support and innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, ensuring that all customer needs are met with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Providing feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Upselling if required, identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills and logical problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required, with a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
