What You'll Do

As an Information Section Subject Matter Expert at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying data to support a wide assortment of ERM and risk assessment goals, compliance requirements, and situation recall sites.
• Gathering and processing data from various data systems throughout our US and global organizations; creating dashboards that help stakeholders scope risk and degree maturity of related controls... developing custom reports as needed.
• Applying expertise in analysis techniques and tools to maximize solid and standard methodologies for evaluating risk. Drawing insights and relationships from data and communicating impacts to compliance experts, lawyers, and business leaders.
• Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis. Soliciting feedback and aiding continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
• Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters.
• Ability to create meaningful insights and use data to 'tell a story'.
• Proficiency in coding using R or Python.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
