We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the US. As a Project Manager at KinderSystems, you will play a pivotal role in managing the implementation of our SaaS solutions for state and local government clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, management, and closing of projects with assigned customers, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, utilizing tools like MS Project.
• Manage customer communications related to service requests, change orders, and project milestones, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project work falls within the contracted scope, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or requests for changes, and facilitating the approval and invoicing process as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the implementation of SaaS software solutions for public sector organizations.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, foster positive relationships, and facilitate open dialogue.
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project and spreadsheets.
