About the Role: Provider Relationships Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provider Relationships Manager to join our team. As a Provider Relationships Manager, you will play a vital role in finding business opportunities and managing healthcare provider relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to preserve and expand our healthcare provider network, identifying opportunities with prospects and new healthcare providers, and building them into long-term profitable relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a healthcare provider to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective healthcare providers
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize healthcare provider loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your healthcare providers to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the healthcare provider's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Relationships Manager, or similar sales/customer service role, experience in insurance sales is a plus
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws
- Experience with data analysis and reporting

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
As an independent contractor with Theratrics, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. You will be compensated solely on a commission model without any base compensation, with the potential to earn bonuses for meeting or exceeding your quarterly sales performance quota. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, regardless of quota attainment.
Although we do not offer benefits to independent contractors, we are prepared to offer discounted premiums on medical, dental, vision, and life insurance to contractors joining our workforce. These discounted premiums will remain effective even after the termination of any contractual relationship between Theratrics and the contractor.
