Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Chat Operator to work on a full-time basis, providing exceptional customer support and sales services to our clients. As a live chat operator, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales through engaging and personalized interactions. This is a beginner-level live chat role, and we're happy to provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
  • Offer personalized sales solutions, including providing sales links and discounts
  • Utilize our proprietary software to manage chat sessions, respond to customer inquiries, and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:
